Service rates are $185.00 for the first half hour (regardless of services rendered thereafter) & $135.00 for each additional hour. Service rates are calculated using a Billable Travel Time system. The time billed will include material pick-up, work on site, work-related purchasing & errands, travel, & debris removal. All materials provided by Bartlett & Sons Remodeling will be billed with a 35% markup.
There will be a debris removal fee if you want the debris removed from your home. Otherwise, we will leave them at your home.
Payment is due in full at the time of service by check or credit card. Your credit card number will be taken at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. If payment is not taken on site, the credit card will be charged.
